ABOUT
Dr. Jihyeon Park is a specialist in international development, climate change adaptation, and disaster risk reduction. She founded JHSUSTAIN Inc. in 2019 and has worked extensively on environmental cooperation and development projects across Asia.

ILPHYO HONG Ph.D. | Chief Strategy Officer
Dr. Hong is a senior water resources and civil engineering expert specialising in hydrological modelling, flood forecasting, river basin management, and water disaster risk reduction.
He has extensive experience in climate-resilient water infrastructure and international water cooperation, having served as Research Fellow at KICT, Vice Chair of the WMO/UNESCAP Typhoon Committee, and Coordinator of the UN High-level Panel on Water and Disaster

HYUNGSU KIM Ph.D. | Advisor
Prof. Hyungsu Kim is a water resources and disaster management specialist with extensive experience in river management, flood risk reduction, dam and infrastructure safety, and water governance.
He has advised numerous national and local government bodies in Korea and has held senior roles in leading water, disaster prevention, and engineering organisations.

JUNGSU LEE | Advisor
Jungsu Lee is a senior water governance and environmental civil society expert with extensive experience in stakeholder coordination, climate and environmental policy, and participatory governance.
She is Representative of the Han River Basin Network Organisation, President of Green Future, and a former Member of the Presidential Water Commission of the Republic of Korea.

SEOYOUNG KWON | Project Officer
Seoyoung's work focuses on overseas water and infrastructure projects through ESIA/EIA proposal development, climate risk analysis, environmental and social safeguard review, stakeholder coordination, and technical reporting.
Her work also covers water governance and climate resilience, with a particular focus on hydropower development and river basin governance in the Mekong region.

Senior meteorology and hydrometeorology expert specialising in weather radar, radar rainfall estimation, flood control systems, and meteorological technology development, with experience across government, academia, and industry.

WASH and water resources management specialist with extensive experience in water utility partnerships, climate change adaptation, operational efficiency, and gender-responsive water governance across Asia and the Pacific.

Agricultural engineer specialising in irrigation, drainage, agro-climatology, and agricultural water management, with extensive experience in teaching, research, project coordination, and capacity building in Ghana and South Korea.
